2. Data we process
Depending on use of the service, we may process:
- Identification and contact: first and last name, email, phone, company and website (if provided).
- Tax and billing data: NIF/CIF, postal address, postcode, town/city, province and country.
- Account: password (stored using a secure hash), role, contracted plan and date of legal acceptance.
- Campus use: training progress, notes, messages to the team, quiz results and downloaded resources.
- Payments: transaction data managed by Mollie (the owner does not store full card numbers).
- Technical: IP address, browser type, access logs and technical session cookies.

4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell personal data. The following may access it only when necessary:
- Mollie B.V., as payment provider (processor / controller depending on the service provided).
- Hosting, email and technical maintenance providers, subject to the required confidentiality measures.
- Public authorities where there is a legal obligation.
If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the appropriate safeguards provided under the RGPD will apply (standard contractual clauses or other equivalent measures).
5. Retention periods
- Student account: while the contractual relationship is active and thereafter for as long as needed to handle claims.
- Billing data: for the statutory tax and commercial retention periods (generally up to 6 years).
- Support messages: for the time needed to handle the request and, where applicable, to defend rights.
- Technical logs: limited periods in line with security and auditing needs.
6. Rights of data subjects
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@iaaccelerator.com, stating the right requested and providing proof of identity when necessary.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), password storage with a secure hash, access control to the administration panel, and segregation of sensitive payment data via Mollie.
8. Minors
IA Accelerator services are intended for persons aged 18 or over. If we detect registration by a minor without the legally required authorisation, we will cancel the account and delete the associated data.
9. Cookies
We use technical and session cookies that are essential for the site to function (for example, to keep you signed in and for CSRF protection). These cookies do not require consent under applicable rules. If analytics or advertising cookies are introduced in the future, notice will be given and prior consent will be requested where required.
10. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or service changes. The version in force will be the one published on this page, with an indication of the last update date.
